Hello, thank you for your interest in joining the JanitorAI support team! Please note that this is a volunteer position. Once onboarded, you will undergo a period of training, where you will learn about using our moderation tools to help users with various site needs. The tickets we handle include verification requests, site bugs, and content reports. You will be expected to manage these tickets in a professional and accurate manner. We look forward to working with you!
Applications will be reviewed and processed within 1-2 weeks of application submission date. If you pass to the second and final phase of the application process a member of our Ticket team will reach out. During this you will be interviewed for us to get to know you more and ask questions. If you do not hear back within 3-4 weeks of submission, please reach out to one of our staff, and we will update you on the status of your application.-JanitorAI Customer Support Team
